1. Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted only if the product is:
- Wrongly delivered (different from order).
- Damaged/expired at the time of delivery.
- Customers must raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery with proof (photo/video).
2. Refund Process
- Once verified, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Fresh fruits, vegetables, and perishable items are non-returnable once delivered unless damaged on arrival.
Shipping & Delivery Policy
- We currently deliver across select cities in India.
- Orders are processed within 24–48 hours.
- Delivery timelines: 2–5 business days depending on location.
- Customers will receive tracking details via SMS/Email.
- Delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances (weather, lockdowns, etc.) are beyond our control.
